Securityholder Communication

Lynch Group Holdings Limited’s share registry is managed by Link Market Services Ltd.

Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 effective 1 April 2022 mean there are new options available to you as a securityholder as to how you elect to receive your communications.

You can elect how you would like to receive securityholder information and communications by:

  • Making a standing election to receive the documents in hard-copy or electronic form
  • Making a one-off request to receive a document in hard-copy or electronic form or
  • Electing to receive the annual report in electronic form only.

Receiving your securityholder communications electronically is the most efficient way of staying informed. We encourage you to provide your email address so we can communicate with you electronically when securityholder notices become available online such as notices of meetings and proxy/voting forms for annual general meetings, dividend statements and annual reports.

To make the change simply log on to our share registry’s website at investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au. You will need your portfolio login details or your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) and select the Communications tab at the top of the page. You will always be able to access and read our annual report, notice of meetings and other securityholder documents when they are published on our website and the ASX platform. Generally, we will no longer send you a hard copy of our annual report or documents for members’ meetings unless you have requested a copy. If at any time you require an additional copy of a communication, or you need more information about the options available to you, please contact Link Market Services by email on LMSComms@linkmarketservices.com.au

Securityholder Information

Visit the Link Market Services’ website investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au to access a wide variety of holding information, change your personal details and download forms. You can:

  • check your current and previous holding balances
  • elect to receive financial reports electronically
  • update your address details
  • update your bank details
  • confirm whether you have lodged your Tax File Number (TFN)
  • aggregate multiple holdings
  • Australian Business Number (ABN) or exemption
  • check transaction and dividend history
  • enter your email address
  • check the share prices and graphs
  • download a variety of instruction forms.

You can access this information via a security login using your Security Holder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN), and postcode (must be postcode recorded on your holding record).
